Greetings from Venilla, Anbalagan & Sridhar.
We want to Thank you all for your prayers and love. We
have been able to achieve a lot over the past month mostly because of your
prayers and support. We had mentioned on our previous blog post that we were in
need of more equipment for the Daily Bean. It is by a miracle that we were able
to receive it before our food taste testing day which was on 30th
April.

We worked hard for a month on perfecting our menu. It was a crucial
month of testing different ingredients, flavors and presentation. We were able
to see the fruit of our labor on the food tasting evening. Everyone that came enjoyed it. It was a great experience for us. It gave us
an accurate picture on how our business would function, long term, day in and
day out.

We were blessed to have 26 people show up for the program.
Their critics on all the 20 items were of immense help. All 20 items served
were carefully scrutinized, tasted, judged and rated.

This evening proved to be beneficial in conveying our message,
which is our dream to bless others as we have been blessed through our efforts
in the Daily Bean, to all who had gathered for the program. We were privileged to
have our brothers and sisters at k homes help us throughout the evening
program. We are thankful for their willingness to help us out.

After the food taste testing event, The Daily Bean’s board
of members have come up with sales targets that are needed to be met at the end
of each week. This has helped us to be more focused, careful and precise. This
has also helped us bridge a good relationship with our customers.
